From what I was told Joe was disqualified from placing in the overall class because he works in the industry… From what I saw he was first to Baby Falls the finish line of the Alf Race. And as the video footage shows us it was a large lead over all the other canoeists! This is a edited video -the other version is on my youtube site-dbriggs027!
